COMPLIANCE NOTICE: VENUZ / LabelBabel operates primarily as a nightlife directory, search indexer, and affiliate link aggregator for third-party adult sites. For outbound affiliate and directory links we do not produce the underlying sexually explicit depictions; those remain the responsibility of the destination producers under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Separately, the freemium classifieds wall at /18-citas may store user-submitted profile photos and text provided by advertisers who certify they are 18+; those advertisers remain responsible for the accuracy of their age and identity attestations. VENUZ does not create, cast, or film sexually explicit conduct.
1. Nature of the Service
VENUZ (the "Platform") functions as a nightlife indexer, party finder, and directory that aggregates links, locations, and information from third-party websites across the internet. At times, the Platform may provide outbound links (such as affiliate links) to third-party adult entertainment websites and webcam platforms.
The Platform may also host advertiser-submitted classified profiles (display name, bio, services, WhatsApp, and photos) under age attestation, manual moderation, and a limited TTL. Those materials are provided by the advertiser, not produced by VENUZ.
Outbound affiliate links, thumbnails, and preview text pointing to third-party sites are index records. The Platform does not control the actual content hosted at destination domains.
2. Limitation of Domain & Exemption
Content shown via external links on this domain is either (a) exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because the visual depictions do not feature actual sexually explicit conduct, or (b) subject to the primary record-keeping requirements by the actual producers/webmasters of the respective third-party sites.
For third-party outbound links, VENUZ is not the "producer" of the destination content and does not participate in the creation, casting, directing, or financial backing of sexually explicit depictions on those sites. For user-submitted classified photos, the uploading advertiser certifies majority age and authorship; VENUZ may retain submission metadata for safety, moderation, and legal response.
3. Custodian of Records Statement
For third-party linked content, the primary producers of that content are solely responsible for maintaining the required compliance records. If you represent law enforcement and require contact with the Custodian of Records for a specific piece of linked content, you must contact the webmaster or custodian of the destination domain directly.

We strictly prohibit the submission or indexing of any content depicting minors. We utilize keyword blocking, Vibe classification (VENUZ Vibe AI), and manual reviews to actively prevent illegal content from appearing in our directory.
