1. Nature of the Service
VENUZ (the "Platform") functions as a nightlife indexer, party finder, and directory that aggregates links, locations, and information from third-party websites across the internet. At times, the Platform may provide outbound links (such as affiliate links or "HoneyPots") to third-party adult entertainment websites, webcam platforms, and companion services.
All outbound links, thumbnails, and preview text are merely index records. The Platform does not control, possess, or produce the actual content located at the destination of these outbound links.
2. Limitation of Domain & Exemption
All content shown via external links on this domain (venuz.app and its subdomains) is either (a) exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because the visual depictions do not feature actual sexually explicit conduct, or (b) subject to the primary record-keeping requirements by the actual producers/webmasters of the respective third-party sites.
As an indexer and linking platform, VENUZ is exempt from maintaining Records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 since we are not the "producer" of the content. We do not participate in the creation, casting, directing, or financial backing of any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct.
3. Custodian of Records Statement
Because all third-party content is hosted elsewhere, the primary producers of that content are solely responsible for maintaining the required compliance records. If you represent law enforcement and require contact with the Custodian of Records for a specific piece of linked content, you must contact the webmaster or custodian of the destination domain directly.
